Xavier App — iOS School Companion

Led development of an iOS app built with SwiftUI to give students a single, streamlined way to access school calendars, events, lunch menus, and grades — reaching over 900 students at launch and earning proposal approval from school administration.

Designed the full onboarding flow using SwiftUI View Routing, built a fully functional OCR system with VisionKit, and constructed a custom web-scraping framework on WebKit to pull and structure school data that had no public API.

The project ultimately stalled when school administration became unresponsive to continued collaboration — a reminder that even a technically complete, well-received product can be blocked by factors outside engineering.
